Robert Moos Retired Police Professional on November 20, 2019, attacked Russell Martin. He openly bragged that he had served as a police chief. In the racquetball courts of Las Vegas Athletic Club, Moos regularly bullied others. I chose to ignore him. However, I had no idea that this encounter would trigger a freight train of corruption from both the police and legal system.
Believing the truth would prevail, I cooperated with the officers. I fully expected the issue to resolve within three months. Unfortunately, I was wrong. The stories of corrupt officers you see on YouTube barely scratch the surface. The real damage begins after you’re arrested and step foot in a courtroom. That’s when the system begins to dismantle your life piece by piece.

On that day, Officer Gabriel Villanueva filed a false arrest report accusing me of felony assault with a deadly weapon upon an elderly person. This lie served as a tool—not of justice—but of systemic enrichment. Rather than uphold his oath, Villanueva acted as an enforcer facilitator for The4thReich, a growing network of public servants who prioritize power and profit over the Constitution. His false narrative supported a machine built on lies, fear, and revenue extraction. It also ensured his paycheck.
The Blue Suit of Silence (Justice)
After four years of defending myself, I finally understand the depth of the betrayal. The public servants involved are no longer loyal to the people—they serve a new order. Their allegiance lies with a system designed to criminalize the innocent, protect the guilty, and generate income for the State through coerced pleas and false charges.
Initially, I couldn’t grasp why legal professionals would risk their careers for a case built on lies. Now I see that police officers like Villanueva generate income, and in turn, judges and lawyers protect them. Together, they sustain what can only be described as a state-run monopoly of organized crime operating under the banner of the Nevada judiciary.
Robert Moos Retired Police Professional, now retired, never left the mindset of law enforcement. He carried an inflated sense of authority, believing he was above accountability. Sadly, in many ways, he was. However, his actions have now placed over 20 public servants in legal jeopardy. They will lose their careers. They will face financial ruin. These individuals—once shielded by their badges—destroyed my business, my income, and my opportunity to support my family.
Now, their families will witness the consequences. They will learn that their fathers, mothers, and spouses weren’t serving justice—they were serving the 4th Reich. And justice is coming.
