Monopolies In Government

Government offices are monopolies, originally established to serve the people, have evolved into monopolies that exert power, extort money, and control the private and business sectors. These public institutions consolidate authority by eliminating competition, manipulating regulations, and using the legal system as a shield for misconduct. As a result, when a business owner or private citizen faces false accusations or aggressive enforcement from a public servant, they quickly discover that no real defense exists. The courts, prosecutors, and enforcement agencies operate under one umbrella. Consequently, they protect each other instead of protecting justice.

Moreover, this monopoly extends beyond enforcement into legislation and judiciary influence. Agencies write regulations, interpret them, and then enforce them without meaningful oversight. Furthermore, citizens cannot appeal to neutral third parties because every branch of power cooperates under state or federal payroll. This structure removes the possibility of checks and balances, creating a dangerous system of mutual protectionism.

Additionally, these government monopolies often use public funds—through taxes, fines, and grants—to strengthen their grip. They reward public servants for aggressive enforcement and generate revenue by targeting businesses that lack political connections. When you resist, you don’t face a fair trial—you face an institution built to silence dissent and bankrupt opposition.

Importantly, this is not a failure of individual public servants, but a systemic issue. When one department can accuse, another can prosecute, and yet another can rule—all under the same system—the outcome becomes predetermined. You’re not up against one official. You’re up against the entire machinery.

Therefore, citizens must demand structural reform. Boycotts, public exposure, and platforms like LivRIGHT offer tools to push back. Until we dismantle government monopolies and restore competition, due process remains a fantasy, not a reality. Only united action will return power to the people.

Can We The People Stop Profressive Corruption in Government?

100 years of manifesting laws and loopholes allows the judges to manage corruption. The strongest exit plan for the corrupt public servant is Judicial Immunity. This law was inacted to protect all public servant(s) who work for a corrupt criminal business model. This process is clear and transparent in the police and legal system.

How does a judge maintain power? Judges close the door to a jury request.  Now the criminal system has control.

Why Should Water Be Important To You?

Business and government, once focused on service and growth, have increasingly turned criminal in their pursuit of income. Instead of innovation or efficiency, the progressive business model now charges more while delivering less—especially with vital resources like water. Simultaneously, government agencies, rather than ensuring public benefit, have shifted to providing less for more, often under the guise of environmental regulation or infrastructure management. For example, the Hoover Dam was originally built to fuel prosperity, irrigate farmland, and support recreation. However, government monopolies now use it to justify artificial shortages. Consequently, Lake Mead is being deliberately drained to create the illusion of a crisis. Furthermore, this orchestrated scarcity allows both business and government to raise rates, restrict access, and funnel wealth into the hands of executives and bureaucrats. As a result, progressive inflation grows—because everyone must pay more for bloated, useless expansion in public agencies and corporate exploitation. LivRIGHT stands to resist.

Monopolies Controlling Water

President Donald Trump

Monopolies In Government

Made a bold and strategic move when he ordered the release of water through California’s canals to support the state’s struggling agricultural sector. For years, Central Valley farmers had suffered under restrictive environmental regulations that prioritized fish over food production. Trump’s decision broke through bureaucratic red tape, allowing vital water to reach parched farmland that feeds much of the nation. His action not only boosted local economies, but also reasserted the importance of food security and American farming. By opening the flow, he proved that leadership requires courage, especially when it challenges entrenched environmental policies that ignore human need. Farmers responded with renewed hope, finally able to irrigate crops, plant confidently, and invest in their futures. Trump’s move sent a clear message: America’s resources belong first to the people. With decisive action, he reminded the nation that productive land—and those who work it—deserve priority over political agendas.
