Judge Eric Goodman did not clarify or follow the questioning put forth by Mr. Martin to be engaged during the disclosure process. He closed all doors to full disclosure. Judge Eric Goodman allowed the arresting police officer Gabriel Villaneva to make claims he was a witness to the event. He appeared to be completely uninterested in the court proceedures.
Most recently Judge Eric Goodman was found in a public bathroom with his pants down around his ankles passed out on drugs and beatten. The story is being covered up.

Judge Eric Goodman Violated Court Ethics. Where is Justice?
Eric Goodman struck down ignored Russell Martin’s evidence and disclosures for the objective to judge him as guilty. This objective was to set up a guilty plea or verdict for higher courts. Eric Goodman is clearly put forth efforts to be part of The4thReich Organization objective. If there is no system to discipline the police, lawyers, judges and public servants there will be extortion & racketeering. Arresting Police Officer Makes False Claims
Eric Goodman Judge knows that the arrest report was a false claim of Felony Assault With A Deadly Weapon Upon on an Elderly Person. He knows as a professional Judge that he could not adjudicate the small claims case until Russell Martin was found guilty. Eric Goodman knows that Robert Moos the man who attacked Russell Martin was a police officer. Eric Goodman knows that he should NOT have allowed Gabriel Villanueva the arresting police officer to claim he was a witness to the case (Line 21 in Public Transcript) when he was not at the crime scene when the crime happened. Even Mr. Martin told Judge Goodman he could not adjudicate the case but Judge Goodman ignored the disclosure. Was Judge Goodman on drugs?
Eric Goodman was recently found in a public bathroom passed out.
Eric Goodman has problems and should not be on the bench. The police and legal system are covering up the incident.
