I hope this message finds you well. What has happened to Charlie Kirk has touched me. I wanted to engage him when my website databases were ready. I am a subscriber to your channel. Soon, I will be engaging the WORLD. My programmers are working with me to understand my mission. My daughter is attending college. She reports to me that so many of the boys are gay. The university tried to put her in a dorm with transgender males. I put an end to that objective.
My name is Russ Martin, and I want you to understand the motive and drive behind LivRIGHT. In late 2019, I was attacked by Robert Moos, a retired police officer, in what I believe was a premeditated attempted murder an act motivated by jealousy and power. (Just Another Stupid Karen who knew he was protect by the Bluesuit of Justice). To my shock, I was the one arrested. This incident turned into a four-year legal battle in Las Vegas where I fought against what I experienced as a deeply corrupt legal system. Judges ignored due process, state laws, federal laws, withheld evidence, tampered with evidence, and public defenders manifested false witness statements. When I challenged the statements the judge called me a liar. The only reason my case was dismissed was one man Chris Adamson my savior put fear in Robert Moos showing up in court to testify on my behalf. Robert Moos refused a court order subpoena. That experience showed me how urgently America needs accountability; the objective of LivRIGHT is to put fear of the Constitution and State laws into public servants as well as the public or find yourself unemployable.
Over the past 24 months, I (we) have worked to build the foundation of LivRIGHT.us and LivRIGHTCases.com—two database platforms with distinct missions:
- us represents the good: a movement uniting businesses and individuals who defend the Constitution and State laws, furthermore ensuring that the voice of the people guides leadership.
- LivRIGHTCases highlights the bad: exposing those who obstruct, abuse, or disregard constitutional and state law. It makes individuals such as politicians, judges, lawyers, police, and special interest groups searchable and remembered so that employers and the public can be warned about patterns of misconduct and refuse there employment. LivRIGHTCases databases court public records and videos as proof of violations of public interest, state laws, and federal laws. The objective is to put fear in the justice system and abusive self empowered individuals. The system of a database ensure accountability before someone violates another’s personal or public rights. I witness and observed the power of what appeared to be lesbian judges in charge of my court cases when I was suing the individuals. Judge Eric Goodman was found in a public bathroom beaten, pants down at his ankles and the whole story was covered up. When I was dealing with him during online court he could not focus.
