Mr. Martin Created a List for Jake Gullo and Tony Worthman to interrogate witnesses.
Mr. Martin made demands that witness statements be taken from Chris Adamson and Tony witnesses at the Las Vegas Athletic Court. Mr. Martin provides the list of questions. However, this is when Jake earned the nick name “The Snake”. Jake Gullo created two false witness statements with three false claims because he wanted to induce Mr. Martin to plead guilty. Tony Worthman supported Jake Gullo verbally brainwashing Mr. Martin until Mr. Martin challenged them that they both were liars. Mr. Martin requested audio recording to verify the statements. They came up with a lame excuse that the prosecutors would have knowledge of the statements and did not record. This is bullshit excuse. They both need there licenses revoked but there is no system that disiplines the police, lawyers, judges and public servants.
False Witness Statement
The statements clearly incriminated Mr. Martin. Jake engaged Tony Worthman, investigator and the two of them used fear tactic of 5 years in jail for a felony. If Mr. Martin accepted battery misdemeanor charges of one year in jail and $10,000 in fines minimum. He may not spend time in jail.
The Judge is a NAZI SS?
Mr. Martin challenged the witness statements with the judge Michael Villiani and this started the discovery that Mr. Martin was in a criminal court room with intent on finding Mr. Martin guilty. It is not about what the judge said when he called Russell Martin a “LIAR” it was that Judge Michael Villani did not check the statements as true.
LivRight is demanding the resignation of Tony Worthman as a state investigator for the public defenders office. If he does not resign a BoyCott of the State of Nevada & Las Vegas will remain in place until Tony Worthman and others are removed from public service.

Tony Worthman follow the leadership of Jake Gullo who is an example of what is wrong with the police, legal, and political system. These are documents that have been submitted to the FBI, Attorney General, Nevada Bar Association and Commission for Judicial Discipline. Where is the defense for an individual under the Constitution of the United States? There are no departments in the Government defending the law or Constitution of the United States. The fear Mr. Martin has is disclosing all this information of corruption.
Tony Worthman is guilty of chargable offenses as listed:
- Violating fudiciary trust with defendant Russell Martin
- Stonewalling court actions.
- Refusing to investigate false arrest report.
- Failing to get Mr. Martin pictures and police body videos before Mr. Martin small claims case. Or at any time of defense.
- Failing to give disclosure that Mr. Martin never struck Robert Moos to prosecutors or judge.
- Failing to ask relevant questions during deposition.
- Making two False witness reports with multiple false claims.
- Colluding with Judge Michael Villiane and proscecutors to induce Mr. Martin to plead guilty.
- Charges have now been dropped to misdemeanor battery due to Mr. Martin refusing to plead guilty and demanding a jury court. This is not the work of any defense attorney.
- If the pictures and videos that are now being delivered were availale four years ago the case would change direction and would have been done in six months. Also the truth would have come out that everyone in the legal system is corrupt.
